Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every purchase you make with us. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photographs of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.

Size Exchange

If you require a different size, we are happy to offer a one-time size exchange, subject to stock availability. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags intact.
Please note that: returns or refunds are not applicable for size or fit-related concerns.

Change of Mind

Orders cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to a change of mind or if the product is no longer required.
In eligible cases, we may issue a Store Credit, which can be redeemed on a future purchase within 6 months, from the date of issue.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for verified damaged or defective products where a replacement cannot be provided.

General Conditions

* Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
* Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
* All return, exchange, refund, and Store Credit requests are subject to inspection and approval by our Quality Assurance team.
