    1. Return & Refund Policy

      At Solete Lifestyle, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. While most of our garments are made-to-order, we offer a limited return and exchange window under specific conditions.


      Returns & Exchanges

      We offer a 48-hour return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

      • Returns are accepted only in case of valid manufacturing defects or damage
      • For all other return requests, return shipping and associated charges will be borne by the customer

      Returned products must reach us within 5–7 days from the date of return approval.


      Reverse Pickup

      We offer reverse pickup services, subject to availability in your pin code.

      • Pickup will be attempted twice by our courier partners
      • If both attempts fail, the customer will be required to self-ship the product to our address

      Self-Shipping Returns

      If reverse pickup is unavailable:

      • Customers must courier the product(s) to us securely
      • Please mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package
      • Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact

      Upon successful quality check:

      • Prepaid orders: Refund + ₹100 (courier reimbursement)
      • COD orders: Store credit (gift card) + ₹100 equivalent

      Note:

      • Do not use The Professional Couriers for returns
      • We recommend using Speed Post (India Post) for reliability

      Condition of Returns

      Products must be returned in the same condition as received.

      Returns will not be accepted if:

      • The product shows signs of use, wear, or washing
      • Tags are removed
      • The product is damaged due to customer handling

      In such cases, no refund or credit will be issued.


      Refunds

      • Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection
      • Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account

      Important:

      • Refunds to the original payment method are only applicable for prepaid orders
      • COD orders are eligible for store credit only
      • Shipping charges are non-refundable
      • Reward points and store credits are non-refundable

      Store Credit (COD Orders)

      For COD orders:

      • Store credit will be issued within 1–2 working days from return pickup
      • Credit will be shared via your registered email/contact number
      • It can be used anytime on our website

      Cancellations

      Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
      Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible.


      Non-Returnable Orders

      Orders placed during:

      • BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free)
      • Any promotion involving free products

      are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


      Delivery & Discrepancies

      If you receive a delivery confirmation but have not received the order, please notify us within 24 hours.


      Processing of Returns

      Once we receive your return:

      • The product will undergo a quality check
      • You will be notified of the approval/rejection via email

      Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and no later than 30 working days from confirmation.


      Customer Responsibility

      Customers are required to take reasonable care of the product(s) while in their possession and return them with:

      • All original packaging
      • Tags, labels, and accompanying materials

      Important Note

      Bank details submitted for refunds must be accurate. Solete Lifestyle will not be responsible for errors in details provided by the customer.
