At Solete Lifestyle, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and seamless manner across India.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across Pan India. While we strive to service all pin codes, there may be a few remote or unserviceable locations where delivery may not be possible.


Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days.

Most of our garments are made-to-order, and the same processing timeline applies across all products to ensure consistent quality and finishing.


Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

Please note that these are indicative timelines and may vary depending on location and external factors.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are dynamic and may vary based on location, order value, and ongoing offers.

The final shipping cost applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout before payment.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) availability depends on your location and order details.

  • COD availability and any applicable charges will be shown at checkout.

Express Shipping

Express shipping options, where available, will be visible at checkout based on your delivery pin code.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

All shipments are handled through Shiprocket and its courier partners, and tracking updates will be available through their respective systems.


Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

  • In such cases, re-shipping will be chargeable, and the customer will be required to bear the additional shipping cost.

Delays

While we strive to adhere to the timelines mentioned, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Operational disruptions
  • High order volumes (sales, launches, festive periods)

We appreciate your patience in such situations.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

Solete Lifestyle is not liable for damages or loss of shipments once dispatched.

However, we recommend customers to:

  • Inspect the package upon delivery
  • Report any visible damage immediately to the delivery personnel
